Reference Genome Status Overview:

Below is a general status report for the reference genome of each species. You can see sample progress at each core and what stage the assembly is at:

Notes:

  • Reference genome assemblies may be prioritized for projects that have corresponding WGS complete.

  • If a species is at the “Curation” step, we may be waiting for BioSample information from the PI. If this applies to you, please refer to your notification emails to provide this information or contact Courtney.

  • The CCGP also has a project page on the Genomes on a Tree (GoaT) website.
